Privacy Policy

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account information. When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, profile picture, and your Google account identifier. We do not receive your Google password.
• Purchase information. When you unlock a match or buy all-access, our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy) processes your payment. We store a reference to your order and a record of which matches or plans you have unlocked. We do not collect or store your full card or banking details — these are handled entirely by the payment provider.
• Usage analytics.We run privacy-first, cookie-free analytics. We record aggregated events such as the page visited, referrer, approximate country, and device type, together with a daily-rotating, one-way hash that cannot be used to identify you or track you across days or other sites. We honor the “Do Not Track” browser signal.
• Cookies. We use a strictly necessary cookie to keep you signed in and to remember which content you have unlocked. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
• To authenticate you and keep you signed in.
• To deliver the predictions and content you have unlocked.
• To process purchases and confirm your entitlements.
• To understand aggregate usage and improve the Service.
• To protect against fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service, and only as needed:

• Google — authentication (sign-in).
• Lemon Squeezy — payment processing and order management (acts as merchant of record).
• Neon — managed database hosting where your account and entitlement records are stored.
• Our hosting provider — to serve the website.
• Football and odds data sources (e.g. API-Football, Polymarket, Kalshi) — we retrieve sports data from these sources; we do not send your personal information to them.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

We keep your account and entitlement information for as long as your account exists, so that your unlocked content remains available to you. Aggregated analytics data is retained in a form that does not identify you. You may request deletion of your account at any time (see “Your rights” below).

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at chendzng@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Service is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, where our service providers operate. Where required, we take steps to ensure your information receives an adequate level of protection.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes may be communicated through the Service.
