• The Poly Odds provides statistical match predictions, model-generated probabilities, expected goals, and a consensus of third-party market odds for football matches, together with AI-generated analysis.
• All predictions and odds are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. They are estimates based on models and data, are inherently uncertain, and may be inaccurate or incomplete.
• Nothing on the Service constitutes betting, gambling, investment, or financial advice, or an offer, inducement, or recommendation to place any bet or wager.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or outcome of any prediction, probability, or odds figure. Past performance does not indicate future results.
• You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on the Service, and for ensuring that any betting or gambling you choose to undertake is legal in your jurisdiction.

Some features require an account, which you create by signing in with Google. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use.

• Certain content is available only after a one-time purchase: unlocking a single match, or unlocking all matches (all-access). Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time.
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. Your purchase is also subject to their terms.
• Prices may be exclusive of taxes; applicable taxes may be added at checkout.
• Purchases are one-time only — they are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically.
• Access to purchased content is granted to your account and is for your personal, non-commercial use.

Unlocks are digital goods that are delivered to you immediately upon purchase. Because of this, all sales are final and non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law. Please make sure you wish to unlock the content before completing your purchase.

You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, harvest, resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any predictions, odds, or other content from the Service;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our models or source code;
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any paywall, security, or access-control feature;
• Use automated means to access the Service in a way that burdens our infrastructure;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.

The Service and all of its content — including predictions, models, text, design, and software — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your own non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The Service relies on data from third parties (for example, API-Football for fixtures and statistics, and Polymarket and Kalshi for market odds). We do not control this data and are not responsible for its accuracy or availability. The Service may also link to third-party sites, which are governed by their own terms and policies.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — including any losses connected to betting or gambling decisions. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

If you choose to gamble, please do so responsibly and only with money you can afford to lose. Gambling can be addictive. If you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, please seek help from a qualified support organization in your country.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm or legal exposure. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
